Dear users, thanks for your selection of our electric bicycles, in order to effectively protect your legitimate rights and interests and to improve after-sales service, in accordance with the state’s "Three-package" regulations, here free services for electric bicycles during three-package period are detailed below:
1. Free replacement is available if frame, fork or handle is involved in sealing off or breakage within two years (damages arising from foreign force, impact and strong power is available for free repair or replacement, and charges for accessories will be required).
2. Those paints and spare parts involved in batch shedding within six months will be replaced.
3. Such electroplating pieces as handle, rim, chain wheel and crank involved in foaming and shedding within six months will be replaced.
4. Front axle, central axle and flywheel involved in damage or breakage within six months will be replaced.
5. Replacement will be available within six months if governor and brake failures can not be repaired as determined by maintenance department.
6. Inner tires involved in sand hole, degumming or valve defects half a month after the purchase will be replaced (once repaired, no replacement is available).
7. Controllers and chargers involved in failure within one year will be repaired (those within difficulty in repair will be replaced).
8. Electric hubs involved in gear damage, bearings breakage, motor shell cracking or motor burning down within two years will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
9. Battery involved in shell cracks, leakage or opening (man-made damage is not covered herein) will be replaced according to the warranty period specified on warranty card.
10. As for the matters uncovered herein, for example, the damaged parts resulting in riding inconvenience will, in principle, be replaced within three months.
